All professional fees charged cover research, file drafting, document verification, and casework time spent by our advisory team. Retainer fees are non-refundable once professional analysis or document drafting has commenced.

Government & Third-Party Fees

Visa application fees, biometric charges, tuition fees, and embassy levies paid to government departments or universities are subject strictly to the respective institution’s refund policies.
